Move ME Pilates is a welcoming studio specializing in Pilates and Barre that provides a balanced and challenging total body workout. With consistency, you will notice a difference in the tone of your muscles, develop a strong core, improve your posture, and have less aches and pains so that you can live your best life and feel confident in your body!

Private Lessons
Private lessons are available whether you are brand new to Pilates or are a regular Pilates participant. In your private lessons we will identify your strengths and weaknesses and are tailor made for you to meet your individual goals. We require everyone to complete three private sessions before joining a group class.

EquipMEnt Classes
The EquipMEnt class is a group reformer class designed for up to four clients composed of both classic and contemporary Pilates exercises designed to deliver a fun total body workout! The reformer is a spring-based resistance training method and with consistent Pilates reformer practice will create strong, lean muscles and a flexible, balanced body.

Pilates Mat Classes
Pilates Mat centers around muscular balance, core strength, breathing, alignment, mental focus, and increased body awareness. It is a low impact full body, functional workout. The Mat class uses props such as balls, theraband, magic circle, and light weights.

Barre Classes
Barre class is all about having fun while getting a really great muscle toning workout using low impact dance inspired movements. Driven by the beat of the music, we fatigue the muscles with very small isometric movements that will isolate and tone each part of your body, followed by full range lengthening movements. Available both in studio and via Zoom.
