FAQ

  • We require a 12 hour cancellation for group classes. And a 24 hour cancellation for private lessons. You will be charged your class pass. If you are on the unlimited membership, you will be charged a $15 late fee.

  • To cancel your membership, please provide a 1-month notice in writing via email to melissa@movemepilates.com after the initial 3 months.

  • To freeze your membership temporarily, please provide a 2-week notice in writing via email to melissa@movemepilates.com after the initial 3 months.

  • Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final.  There are no refunds or transfers on any purchases except in the event of health emergencies at the sole discretion of Move ME Pilates.  In the event, there is a refund granted, a 10% transaction processing fee will be charged.

  • All class and private lesson packages expire after 6 months. Please purchase the package that you will use up within that time.

  • Bring a water.

  • Yes, there is a parking lot right here with free parking.

  • Wear your exercise clothes. We wear grippy socks on the equipment and grippy socks or bare feet in the mat room.

  • Please sign up in advance. There are a limited amount of spots and many classes at popular times fill up quick.

  • If someone cancels out of a class and you are next on the wait list you will get an automatic email. Please confirm that you got the email and you are still joining into the class.

  • The classes are run at an intermediate level. We can modify for some injuries but please talk to your doctor to make sure Barre and Pilates is right for you at this time. Or you can work privately so you will get the proper modifications for your body and injury.

  • If the roads are going to be bad we play it safe. You will get an email either the night before or that day calling off classes.
