In the Mat and Barre classes you will get an intermediate level workout that can offer modification for beginners. Starting with Mat Pilates and Barre are great options for beginners through advanced.

You do not! We have everything here.

Leggings, an exercise top and grip socks (required for EquipMEnt, recommended but not required for Mat and Barre). Grip socks are available for purchase in studio.

Up to 6 people on the Reformers and up to 9 people for Mat and Barre.

You can join in the EquipMEnt classes if we both decide you are ready. Or you can stay with private lessons.
