Pilates ReforMEr

The ReforMEr class is a group reformer class designed for up to 6 clients composed of both classic and contemporary Pilates exercises designed to deliver a fun total body workout! 

It is required that you have a minimum of 3 private lessons before taking an EquipMEnt class.

Barre

Both Barre Strength and Cardio Barre are all about having fun while getting a really great muscle toning and cardiovascular workout. These workouts are an exceptional regime of high intensity,  low impact dance inspired movements, strength and flexibility that is guaranteed to sculpt your body.  We use our dance background and love for music to make inspiring playlists which drive the rhythm, the beat and energy of the class. 

Pilates Jumpboard

Pilates Jumpboard is a 6 person group class composed of cardio interval using the Pilates jumpboard and classic and contemporary Pilates exercises utilizing the Reformer. You will achieve both strength and cardio in this energizing class!

It is required that you have a minimum of 3 private lessons before taking any EquipMEnt class.

Pilates MAT

Pilates Mat centers around  muscular balance, core strength, breathing, alignment, mental focus, and increased body awareness.  The class has its roots in the classical work and flow but includes variations and uses props such as balls, theraband, magic circle, and light weights.

Available both in studio and via Zoom.
